A family and caregiver support group for children with rare genetic diagnoses based in Moore County, NC. The intention of this group is to offer family support, make new connections and grow friendships for children with rare genetic diagnoses and complex  medical needs.

This family support group is focused on connecting families with children with different neurodivergent needs while guiding through diverse topics including understanding and acceptance, managing daily routines, educational barriers and triumphs. Message me if you are interested in this group.
